Role:We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a production tech. In this role, you will work on the production of aerospace radomes and tailcones, focusing on the part-building process; setup, layup, curing, and trimming. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, can follow processes efficiently, and is interested in hands-on work with advanced composites.
Responsibilities:Assist with fiberglass layup and trimming for radomes and tailcones.Work with fiberglass fabrics, resins, and other composite materials.Follow detailed work instructions to ensure precision and quality.Learn to operate necessary tools and equipment for composite production.Ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Qualifications:High attention to detail and precision.Strong desire to learn and adapt to new techniques.Able to work efficiently in a team environment.Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.Experience with hands-on work or fabrication is a plus, but not required.Benefits:Competitive pay with growth opportunities.Hands-on training in aerospace composite manufacturing.Opportunity to work on exciting, industry-leading projects.Positive and supportive work environment.
