$25.50 - $26.50/hr (2+ years of experience)Grade 6:
$26.50 - $29.00/hr (mechanical, electrical, or HVAC experience)Grade 7:
$28.50 - $35.00/hr (extensive maintenance experience)Shift Differentials:
Evening shifts offer a premium—15% or 20%, depending on the schedule.Relocation & Retention Bonus:
Receive $5,000 for relocation and a 6-month retention bonus.

Thursday-Saturday, every other Wednesday, 6:00 am - 6:00 pmH Shift:
Wednesday-Friday, every other Saturday, 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (+20% shift diff)Primary Responsibilities:Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery malfunctions to isolate and repair issues.Perform preventive maintenance and regular calibrations on mechanical and electrical systems.Record maintenance activities and equipment statuses in logs.Support installation, modification, and decommissioning of production equipment.Assist engineers with test, calibration, and repair plans for precision accuracy in equipment.Train and mentor new technicians on SOPs and equipment use.
Work Environment:Exposure to moving parts and electrical risk.Moderate noise levels; PPE provided as necessary.
