A top 10 ENR Design Firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Principal with an interest in residential land development or other private sector site/civil design (healthcare, military, hospitality, education, recreation). This role offers an opportunity to join one of the nation's best land development civil consultancies at the associate level with ownership day-one and to develop your skillset in project management and higher level directing with the support of experienced leaders in San Diego land development.
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for...All aspects of conceptual site plans, site design, roadway design, grading and drainage systems, storm water pollution prevention plans, and engineering construction documentsDevelop project proposals, scopes, and budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projectsDevelop the local and regional client-base for the land development discipline
The Civil Engineer should have...Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related)PE License in California12+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
