We seek an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Riverside, CA. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems for commercial mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing large-tonnage applied HVAC equipment and a proven track record of reliability and excellence in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various HVAC systems, including large-tonnage equipment such as chillers, boilers, VRF systems, package units, and split systems.Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues with HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring compliance with EPA standards and maintaining a clean driving record.Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about system issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.Accurately document all work performed, including parts used, time spent, and recommendations for future service.
Qualifications
Must reside in or near Riverside, CA, and have a stable work history in the HVAC field.EPA Universal Certification is required.Minimum of 5 years of experience working with large tonnage applied HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, VRF systems, package units, and split systems.A clean driving record is mandatory.Proficient in using diagnostic tools and technology for HVAC systems; familiarity with building automation systems is a plus
