Glendale, CA (Onsite)Pay Rate:
$18-$20 per hourKey Responsibilities:Provide administrative support including scheduling, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.Assist with client inquiries in both English and Spanish.Maintain records, handle data entry, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.Support the team in day-to-day operations, including meeting coordination and office management.Collaborate with staff and other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Qualifications:Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).Prior experience in an administrative/clerical roleExcellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
