The Kitchen General Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all company machinery, equipment, and facilities. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently or as part of a team to ensure company facilities operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance to keep all machines running smoothlyConduct routine inspections of premises and equipmentTroubleshoot and repair issues related to mechanical equipment, minor electrical systems, and minor plumbing systemsRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairsMaintain records of work performed, supplies used, and time spent on tasksWork with management to schedule and oversee third-party repairs as neededEnsure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
Training or certification in maintenance or 3 or more years' experience in the commercial equipment and facility repair fieldBasic understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsWorking knowledge of tools, devices, and common appliancesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation
