Certified Epic Analyst ( Beaker, Beacon, Willow, Research, CogitoLocation:
Roseville, California (Remote + 25% travel to Roseville, CA)
We are seeking skilled and certified Epic Analyst to join the Adventist Health healthcare technology team. Individuals will work closely to support the effective deployment and optimization of Epic modules. The Certified Epic Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, building, implementing, and troubleshooting applications to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and functionality in alignment with clinical and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Epic System Design & MaintenanceConfigure and customize Epic applications to meet the specific needs of the organization.Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions for application improvements.Maintain up-to-date Epic certifications and stay current with new releases and functionality.Project CollaborationWork collaboratively with clinical, administrative, and IT teams to identify, design, and implement improvements.Participate in project planning, workflow analysis, and testing to support clinical operations and business needs.User Support & TrainingProvide user support, including troubleshooting, training, and guidance on best practices.Develop training materials and conduct sessions to facilitate system adoption and user proficiency.System Testing & DocumentationConduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance for upgrades and new implementations.Prepare comprehensive documentation of system processes, configurations, and user guides.Compliance & Data SecurityEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.) and organizational policies.Work with data security teams to implement and monitor system security and privacy protocols.Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.Certification:
Must be certified in Beaker, Beacon, Willow, Cogito, or ResearchExperience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Epic Analyst, and Build experience
