Business Overview:Global Prime Services Technology is seeking a Senior Technology Manager to drive enhancements to our Prime Services client billing platform, standardizing our rates management and enhancing our P&L tracking.

This role will support our Prime & Finance platform, which is a specialized, cross-asset platform, providing full-service offering including Cash PB, Synthetics, Financing, and Margin. The long-term focus of the platform is on supporting activity growth targets set by the management, responding to the fast pace of client demand for new products and services, and compliance with new regulatory obligations. There are several strategic technology initiatives on the way to accelerate DevOps, Virtualization, and Cloud transformation, as well as adaptation of machine learning and artificial intelligence to deliver client offering. This role is crucial in ensuring the proper management of our client billing platform to meet the needs of our growing business stream.

Responsibilities:Oversight of all Client Billing initiatives across Prime ServicesConsolidated governance for business and technologyLeading delivery teams across front office technology, quant research, Prime Services technologyStandardization of Client Rates and Billing methodologies.Awareness of key methodologies and technologies across project portfolioMonitor and assess anomalies in the client billing calculations and reporting and recommend improvements.

Minimum Required Qualifications:Proficiency in Cash Prime Brokerage and Client PricingStrong understanding of Stock Borrow / LoanStrong understanding of Prime Brokerage industry client pricing trends.Knowledge of the financial industry and marketsKnowledge of data management tools and technologiesAbility to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.At least 10 years relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of various database systems and data storage technologiesStrong analytical skills to assess data requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $185k to $250k annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
