Job Title: Field Quality Specialist
Job Summary:The Field Quality Specialist is responsible for managing 75 donor locations. Role is based in TX , or SC,GA,FL Role is dedicated to ensuring vendor service delivery meets customer expectations. Position serves as an operational escalation point between the client(s) field operations specifically Regional Operations Managers, and center managers, in addition to EMCOR internal account teams. This individual also partners with Account Management in a relationship management capacity to support the client(s). This role requires quality checks on all trade lines. This individual is responsible for visiting their locations in their territory at a minimum 6x a year, some locations may require multiple or extended visits. This individual assists with vendor on-boarding, training, and building relationships with the crews and key points of contacts. Individual may be required to attend daily, overnight, trade or porter services. This individual is required to support grand openings, projects etc. Job requires 75% travel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Drives operational service performance of suppliers inclusive of training and on-site visits. ( All disciplines)Meets and tours with Regional Operations Managers/ Regional Business Managers as required. Required to Reach out to the Regional Operations Managers monthly via phone or email. Required to publish their schedule in advance and distribute to the internal and external teamsTraining of crews, on siteVisits sites in their designated territoryReviews contracted services and checks quality of all services completed, inclusive of regulatory compliance itemsWorks closely with internal service team to drive customer service and escalation resolutionsAny other duties assigned by managementTravel 3 weeks out of the month out of home state
Qualifications:Minimum BS/BA degree in Business related field or the equivalent in education and work experience. Advance Degree/Certification in specialty floor care preferredHVAC and trades experience required. Equivalent combination of training, education and experience. Strong operational and training experience and previous background in facilities services management preferredValid driver's license with good driving record required. Valid Passport. OSHA 10 course completionBi-lingual communication skills (Spanish/English) a plusOperate an IPAD and have some computer skills
