Regular attendance required.Must interact cordially with co-workers.Perform any other duties assigned.Due to the significant amount of steps/stairs contained in our production facility, employees must have the ability to navigate steps/stairs in a safe mannerWhat we're looking for:High School Diploma or GED required and either a A.S. Degree in Electronics/Electrical field OR Formal technical training with 1 year on the job experience for E & I Tech Level 1, 3 plus years or more on the job experience for the E & I Level 2.6 months of equivalent work experience will be given for completion of each (1) year of higher education from an accredited college or university in the area of Electrical or Electronic Engineering.Maximum credited years of experience is not to exceed 2 years.Must have basic knowledge of PLC Controls, Ladder Logic and Programming for consideration into the Tech Shop.PLC requirements not necessary to be in the Electric Shop.Skills and experience must include ability to install and troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment/processes based on diagnostics, electrical drawings and circuit testing.Must also possess ability to install, calibrate, configure and troubleshoot all plant instrumentation to include: Flow Meters (mass, mag and turbine), Pressure and Level Transmitters, Temperature (RTD, Thermocouple) Sensors and Analytical Instrumentation (pH, Conductivity).Electrical/lnstrument skills must include ability to wire and troubleshoot of electrical and control systems for industrial processing and packaging equipment to include: 480 volt motors and starters/VFDs with related control circuits, circuits for building electrical and lighting, electrical distribution equipment (transformers, distributions panels, switchgear). Industrial printing experience.
