ResponsibilitiesPrepare Corporate tax returnsResearch federal / state tax issuesAnalyze changes to tax lawsProactively develop and incorporate improved processes to minimize riskGain experience with various complex tax structuresEnhance internal controls with ways to improve workflowEffectively prioritize projectsPartner with colleagues and management in a team-oriented environmentCalculate tax forecasts, allocation schedules and estimated paymentsCalculate tax provisions and perform reconciliationsAnalyze tax accounts, balances and reconciliationsSpecial project work

RequirementsBachelors degree required.Masters in Tax and/or CPA a plusBackground in Tax Technology a plusInformation Systems minor a plus2 to 3 years of public accounting or corporate tax experienceHighly proficient in ExcelExperience with OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax software
