In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in leading projects for process improvement initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, and spearheading capital project execution across our service facilities.
What you'll do:Champion Chemical Process Optimization: Identify and implement creative solutions to streamline chemical processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.Lead the Charge in Project Management: Design, manage, and execute chemical-related capital expenditure projects within budget, ensuring successful project completion.Become a Technical Expert: Utilize your chemical engineering expertise to tackle technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and develop effective solutions.Embrace Collaboration: Work seamlessly across functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve shared goals.Shape the Future: Champion new chemical technology initiatives, identify best practices, and share knowledge across locations.
You'll be successful if you have:A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or operations engineering.Strong understanding of chemical plant operations, water/wastewater treatment, and related systems.Proven ability to lead and manage chemical technical projects effectively.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to safety.Willing to travel to site locations.
