We are currently hiring for a Paralegal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the legal department in all aspects of the company's legal function. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and have exceptional organizational skills. Great opportunity to join a fun and creative team. This role is

ResponsibilitiesReview and draft routine legal documentsOrganize and maintain filesFacilitate the meeting of attorney deadlines through teamwork, keeping organized schedules, and providing timely remindersForming and dissolving corporate entities and maintaining records regarding sameManaging consistency between project documentsPreparing abstracts of legal agreements and ensuring entry into appropriate database for trackingCoordinate with legal and project teams to formalize reporting requirements with monthly team meetings on each projectKeeping minutes for critical meetingsCoordinate with legal and project teams on insurance and other risk management issuesRenewal of Local Business Tax Receipts and Certificates of Use companywide, and maintain database and tracking of sameAssisting with initial drafting of form leases, tracking key lease terms, and complianceCoordinating with outside and inside counsel
QualificationsExperience as a paralegal and/or legal assistantBachelor's degree or Paralegal certificateGood writing skills (MUST)
