Company DescriptionWe are a dynamic CAD/CAM software company based in Massachusetts and we have an exciting job opportunity for an enthusiastic CAD/CAM Support Technician to join our team!EFICAD has a strong position in the development of woodworking/furniture software from design (CAD) to manufacturing (CAM) with customers and partners in over 60+ countries to distribute and support our solutions in a highly technical environment.EFICAD America, assumes distribution in the Americas and in the context of growth, we are looking for an individual who will be responsible for technical support for our customers and provide them with essential training. The position is based in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work.
How you will contributeSupportProvide support to customers in the use of our productsTroubleshoot configuration and software questionsEnter and track support requests in our ticketing system (Dynamics CRM)Training and Project TransferConduct essential training for software end usersHand over the project to a senior technician/engineer for implementation steps
What you bringAt least 2 years of experience with CAD/CAM solutions (SolidWorks preferred)Technical Support experienceStrong communication skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesExperience with CAM systems, data management and IT skills are a plusExcellent presentation and communication skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a team
