The Opportunity:We’re looking for an experienced
Senior Implementation Manager – J oin our Technology Business Services team. In this role, you'll provide critical support for order and execution management, working closely with key teams such as Client Guidelines and Assurance, Portfolio Engineering, Portfolio Implementation, and Trading. Your expertise will help streamline daily operations and enhance efficiencies for our users. This is your chance to collaborate with the user base and contribute to strategic system improvements that drive business success.
What You'll Do:Act as the key liaison between internal business teams, Technology, and application vendors to ensure smooth communication and effective solutions.Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and provide optimal solutions that align with our goals.Take ownership of configuration tuning, deployment, testing.Document requirements, configure applications, and ensure the platform meets user needs.Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise.Write detailed user stories and support documentation within an Agile/Scrum framework.Monitor production platforms to ensure readiness and overall system health.
Your Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or relevant work experience.5+ years as a Technology Business Analyst or Product Manager supporting critical business applications in a wealth or investment management environment.2+ years of hands-on experience with Charles River Manager Work Bench or Central Work Bench workflows.Strong knowledge of order management systems and trading lifecycle processes.Proficiency in SQL, Agile methodologies, and compliance workflows.
