Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as the senior liaison between IT and other support departments such as Operations, Clinical, Finance, Business Development, and others.Work with senior leadership to strategize, manage, integrate, and coordinate the overall technology direction and strategy for the organization.Ensure technology service delivery processes including maintenance, operational support, optimization, business continuity, disaster recovery, and quality improvement.Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the IT department, ensuring all functions are optimized for operational success.Drive collaboration and maximize the effectiveness of the third-party MSP and other IT vendors to support seamless and reliable IT services across the organization.Assess, implement, and continuously improve automated and manual IT processes, aligning with business objectives.Ensure secure network management and infrastructure, including the deployment and monitoring of firewalls, VPNs, and other related technologies via internal IT staff and third-party technology partners.Oversee the effective integration and operation of technology systems, supporting business processes across departments.Collaborate with leadership to plan and implement future IT projects, while optimizing for the organization’s future growth.Ensure adherence to IT security policies, data protection regulations, and disaster recovery planning.Required Skills/AbilitiesProven experience in IT leadership, with the ability to manage both internal IT teams and external vendor relationships.Extensive expertise in Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint, Teams, and Azure.Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, network management, security infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs), and telecommunication systems.Strong ability to manage IT resources, including hardware, software, and budget management, while focusing on strategic optimization.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement of IT systems and processes.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor ‘s degree from an accredited college or university is required.Five years of progressively responsible IT operations and service leadership related experience in a multi-site health system organization.Demonstrated success and expertise in broad information technology healthcare leadership, including improving customer/user satisfaction, evaluating innovative advanced technology, managing fiscal performance, and partnering with clinical and business stakeholdersExperience working with third-party vendors, managing service contracts, and overseeing IT budgets.
