Cisco Contact Center ConsultantThe ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our Cisco contact center solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Cisco technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Experience and knowledge about the architect and deployment of Cisco contact center solutions, including Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) and Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE).Qualifications:Experience: 3+ years of experience in Cisco contact center technologies and VoIP systems.Preferred Certifications (not required): Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or relevant Cisco certificationsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Cisco contact center solutions (UCCX, UCCE).Strong understanding of VoIP, telephony, and network protocols.Familiarity with scripting languages for automationSoft Skills:Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
