Job details:Open to USC or Green Card holders6 - 8 Months contract (with extension) on W2Hybrid work setting (Remote days Mon and Friday)
This role will provide project management expertise in a variety of areas as client integrates its latest acquisition.Assist client with Procurement related functions as it adds/eliminates new products and services.Track vendors that client intends to keep, eliminate and/or establish new arrangements or contracts.Coordinate and communicate with Seller and client procurement teams.Oversight of acquisition Transition Services Agreement (TSA)Ensuring services (e.g. Accounting/Billing/Financial, Technology, Marketing, Operations, etc.) are delivered timely and accurately.Costs and services provided by Seller are 'stepped down' in accordance with agreement.Coordinate on regular/daily basis with Seller and internal stakeholders at client; must communicate with different disciplines (e.g. Technology, Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, etc.) and leaders.Assist client with System Separation Exercise (as needed)Facilitate cross functional meetings with internal and external stakeholders to raise challenges, develop mitigation plans, and update project timelines and deliverables.Provide regular status updates to leadership by communicating updates, escalations, dependencies, etc.5-10 years of related experienceSuperior project management skillsExcellent organizational, oral and written communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and facilitation skills. Ability to quickly build rapport, trust and strong collaboration.Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty and ambiguity.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and/or Google suite (Slides, Sheets)Required Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, HR or Information Systems/Technology
Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market. Also, some positions may include bonuses or other incentives.
