TRPG is currently seeking to add a Tax Coordinator position to our team. This position will work both remotely from home and out of our Leawood, KS office.
What you will do:Work in conjunction with the Director of Tax on creating and implementing client experienceOrganize, prepare and submit tax informationUse personal discretion and judgement on preparation and submission of client tax needsTreat every client touchpoint as an opportunity to exceed expectationsDevelop and maintain ongoing relationship with clientsWork closely with client to ensure tax data is appropriate and relevantManage complete tax workflow from onboarding to deliveryWork closely with internal support teams to ensure best possible client experienceAct as liaison between client and CPA and/or internal and external support teamsMiscellaneous administrative and general office duties as needed
What you need to have:Prior experience in working with taxes in a professional office environmentUnderstanding of tax code and technical aspects of tax preparation and complianceSelf-starter with client first mentalityAbility to communicate with co-workers, clients and various business contacts in a courteous and professional mannerHighly organized and attention to detail
Compensation:The base annual salary range for this role is $23.00 to $26.00, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
