Lead Options Trading C++ Developer
Newly Launched HFT, New York, New York, United States, 10001
We are a recently launched high frequency trading firm, built by two founders with over three decades of experience in the HFT industry. Our methodology is simple; we want to be first to everything, and will be agile to ensure we compete at every level. Our core focus is US Equities and Options, however we will soon be evolving our strategies to Futures and ETFs.
Job DescriptionOur founding Portfolio Manager is looking for an experienced Low Latency C++ Developer to help build a greenfield trading platform, to execute our Options Trading strategies. We are not only reliant upon Software, and therefore the ideal candidate will have experience in single-digit microsecond C++, and be comfortable working closely with our future FPGA and ASIC efforts. You will be responsible for the entire trading technology stack, partnering with our researchers to optimise and improve our time to market.
C++17 is an absolute minimum requirement, however we would prefer for someone to be working in C++20. Our entire OS is Linux, and we have components of our tech stack that will be built in Rust, so experience here is also valuable.
BenefitsFor the right candidate, we are willing to offer PnL attribution.We offer a hybrid working policy - we care about latency and speed, not time-in-office.
SalaryWe are expecting the salary range to be between $250,000-$350,000, with a sizable bonus and PnL contribution. Although we are in the earlier stages, we have the capital to invest in our people.
