Our client is seeking an experienced
Attorney
with expertise in
Creditor's Rights, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate Law
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal framework in these areas and possess excellent negotiation and litigation skills. This position requires a strategic thinker capable of managing complex cases and providing exceptional legal counsel. Key Responsibilities:Provide legal representation and counsel to clients in creditor's rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate matters.Oversee all aspects of foreclosure proceedings, including drafting legal documents, conducting foreclosure sales, and court representation.Assist clients with debt collection, settlement negotiations, and creditor's rights enforcement.Manage bankruptcy cases from initiation to resolution, including financial analysis, petition filing, and court representation.Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and draft legal memoranda and briefs.Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.Stay current on relevant laws and regulatory changes impacting creditor's rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate law.
Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice in MD, DC, and/or VA and in good standing with the state bar.Minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in creditor's rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate law.Strong knowledge of state and federal laws governing these practice areas.Proven litigation experience, including representing clients in court.Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage a caseload independently and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving client success.
