Responsibilities:Work closely with Property Manager and Senior Property ManagerCoordinate and assemble rent increase requestsEnsure property management files are maintained and kept up to dateAssist in the inspection of occupied and vacant unitsAssist in preparation of all auditsAssist with public inquiries, tours, volunteer opportunities, and residential services programsAssist with any projects in the office
Qualifications:Valid drivers licenseExperience with Microsoft Office Suite2+ years of property management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to multitaskAbility to work independently
Employment Type: Contract to hire, Full TimeWork Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
