We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Asset Manager to lead the management of a growing portfolio of multifamily assets. Responsibilities
Portfolio ManagementOversee the financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily assets.Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property value and cash flow.Partner with property management teams to drive performance improvements, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective property operations.
Financial Analysis and ReportingConduct financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to evaluate asset performance.Monitor and manage property income and expenses, including regular financial reporting.Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Value-Add InitiativesIdentify and execute on value-add opportunities such as capital improvements, renovations, and rebranding projects.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep properties positioned competitively.Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time, on-budget project completion.
Stakeholder EngagementAct as a liaison between ownership, property management, and other stakeholders.Prepare and present portfolio updates, performance metrics, and strategy recommendations to senior leadership and investors.
Acquisitions SupportCollaborate with the acquisitions team to assess new investment opportunities.Assist in due diligence and underwriting, providing market and operational insights.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.7+ years of experience in asset management, ideally within multifamily real estate.Strong financial acumen with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.Proven ability to manage multiple properties within a portfolio and drive operational excellence.Familiarity with property management software and tools.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Strategic thinker with a track record of implementing effective asset management strategies.
