Seeking a seasoned PCB Design Engineer for a contract role focused on creating a high-performance, low-noise PCB for advanced sensor applications. This dense, multi-layer board will integrate components such as the NXP i.MX RT1176 MCU, AD5940 AFE, and Google Coral TPU, supporting complex tasks like nanoampere-level current measurements. Key design areas include high-speed signal integrity, EMI/EMC compliance, RF integration (LoRaWAN, LTE), thermal management, and secure boot features.
Responsibilities:Design compact, modular PCBs for sensor platforms.Implement low-noise, multi-layer layouts (6+ layers).Integrate high-density components for analog and RF design.Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., FCC, CE).Provide thorough documentation (BOM, layout files, fabrication guides).Requirements:5+ years in high-density PCB design with multi-layer boards.Expertise in analog circuit design for ultra-low current measurement.Experience in RF and wireless design, including antenna integration.Strong background in EMI/EMC compliance and thermal management.Proficiency in Altium Designer or similar tools.
