ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Under general supervision, prepares and files Information Disclosure Statements and performs other IDS/Patent Prosecution related tasks and projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1+ year(s) of IDS experience preferred.Bachelor’s Degree
SKILLS:Comprehensive knowledge of preparation and filing of information disclosure statementsComprehensive working knowledge of most current USPTO rules and proceduresExtensive knowledge of preparation and filing of information disclosure statementsComprehensive working knowledge of most current USPTO rules and proceduresMust be organized and detail orientedMust maintain electronic client filesKnowledge of effective proofreading techniquesPreparation of Section 18 chartsComprehensive knowledge of IPDAS and cpiMust work effectively and proactively in a team environmentMust be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExcellent oral and written communication skills
