Bilingual Recruiter - Spanish/English

TRS Craft Services is growing, with an exciting new opportunity for a Bilingual Technical Recruiter to join our internal team!
The ideal candidate for this position will speak both English and Spanish fluently.
With a global contract workforce of 4000+, TRS combines local expertise with international market presence to serve many industry sectors, including oil and gas, power, mining, infrastructure, metals, chemicals, manufacturing and life sciences.
*** Local candidates only, as this position requires 4 days in-office per week, in Houston, TX. ***
Responsibilities Include:· Build and develop relationships, written and verbal, with candidates and client groups, to understand and discuss requirements and opportunities· Develop a strong base of candidates by building a network of contacts (phone, face-to-face)· Recruit through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media outlets, placing job adverts, and identifying new and creative means to source and attract potential talent· Conduct technical interviews in Spanish· Bringing candidates to market through industry research and client building activities· Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines· Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards· Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies· Develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with hiring managers and their support organizations· Partner with hiring managers to identify and source qualified applicants for open positions; pre- screen and interview candidates as required· Participate with the hiring team to make employment recommendations based on information developed through interviews, reference checks, employment applications, and resumes· Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web sites and job boards, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews, and reference checks· Assist in other recruiting and selection activities such as administration, contact and negotiation with recruiting institutions· Manage and/or attend career fairs and recruiting events· Other related duties as required by leadership
Requirements Include:· The ability to conduct technical interviews with native Spanish speakers· Minimum 3-5 years recruitment experience, ideally within construction or engineering· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or otherwise related field (preferred)· Aptitude with a variety of tools including Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.· Willingness and ability to work within a hybrid remote/in-office environment
