Job Description/Responsibilities This role as a
State Manager for 375 Park Avenue Spirits
offers a dynamic and exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a field-based sales position. Covering TX/OK/LA, the position requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong relationship-building skills to represent 375 Park Avenue Spirits' premium-to-luxury portfolio successfully.
Responsibilities include driving annual depletion and net sales value targets, developing key accounts, working independently with distributors, and collaborating on national and local brand program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving annual sales and depletion targets across the brand portfolio.
Developing key accounts to enhance distribution, visibility, and customer engagement.
Building strong working relationships with distributors and key stakeholders.
Collaborating on program execution in both On & Off Premise channels, with a focus on strategic placements and promotional activities.
Conducting sales meetings, brand launches, and distributor training.
Managing local POS implementation and ensuring optimal account coverage.
Monitoring market conditions, including pricing, distribution, and competitor activity.
Operating within T&E and A&P budgets.
The
preferred locations
for this role are
Austin, Houston, or Dallas , and the position will involve significant travel across the territory.

Qualifications/Requirements Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
A valid driver's license
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
Strong planning & organizational skills
Willingness to Travel
Must be able to obtain a relevant solicitor’s permit in any state
Candidate must reside in or near the territory
Must be able to personally pay or charge ordinary and necessary business expenses that will be timely reimbursed
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 years sales experience within alcohol beverage industry.
Market development and sales analysis experience
Strong ability to self-manage and manage schedule to achieve results
Experience building customer relationships
Physical Requirements:
Standing for an extended period of time
Ability to pick up and/or move objects up to 35 pounds without assistance
Ascend or descend stairs
Ability to drive and visit multiple accounts in one day
Strong communication skills
Placement within the salary range is calculated based on years of directly relatable experience for the position.
The salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual incentives, fuel or cell phone reimbursement.
