Metro Phoenix, AZ and San Diego, CA offices.CORE is a Construction Forensic Consulting firm seeking the experienced General Contractor, Structural Engineer, Construction Estimator, Architect to perform construction forensics investigations, consulting, and reporting within the Western USA region. CORE provides a variety of services including architectural analysis, failure cause & origin, standard of care, and expert witness services concerning residential and commercial building construction involving the building envelope, fenestration, roofing, waterproofing, etc. for construction defects, insurance liability claims, and construction related personal injury. The firm consists of Architects, Contractors, Engineers and Cost Estimators. The candidate will perform site investigations of existing structures, review building assemblies testing, forensic reports analysis, code analysis, plans and documents review, and provide technical report writing. Microsoft tools, communication and technical writing skills required. Must have a minimum 10 years construction industry specific experience and history. The role requires critical thinking, team collaboration, recording detailed field investigations, extensive office reporting, and travel to primarily in-state projects. College degree, licensing, and registrants preferred. On-the-job training provided for career growth in high-level complex matter dispute resolution business.
