Oversee Diverse Donor program initiatives to ensure objectives are met and provide planning and implementation support. Analyze program activities for improvement and collaborate with internal and external contacts on strategies and proposals. Offer support and guidance to all volunteers.WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):Oversee implementation and objectives of Diverse Donor Initiatives, including planning, execution, and evaluation of recruitment and collection efforts.Ensure integration of diverse donor strategies with local blood collection efforts.Analyze data to identify needs and recommend improvements for Diverse Donor recruitment and collections.Develop performance reports for management review.Streamline processes within Diverse Donor recruitment and collections.Collaborate with recruitment staff, Biomedical Headquarters, community partners, and sponsors to develop strategies.Build sponsor pipelines through board engagement and align opportunities with Biomed and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committees.Coordinate with the National Partnerships team and regional staff to strengthen interregional relationships with national partners.The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000.This job will be posted for at least five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's degree required.A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience is required.Proven ability to create presentations and develop training modules.Excellent oral and communication skills, including training and presentations.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Develop project plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve organizational goals.Strong analytical and decision-making skills to foster innovative processes for ongoing program improvement.Intermediate-level proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to work on a team.Travel: 50% travel required.* Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to the description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).BENEFITS FOR YOU:We take care of you, while you take care of others.
