The Local Director of Membership curation is responsible for sourcing, enrolling and then retaining new Members .Works closely with Experience Architecture team to nurture relationships with existing Members to invite nominations. Works with Marketing and Cultural Programming Directors to co-design targeted member and prospect member initiatives/cultural programming. Manages all aspects of the membership process and sales cycle by working with each nominee until the sale is closed. Leads his/her team by example and with the desire of nurturing the team's best talents and continuous learning.Responsibilities & Duties:

Responsible for developing strategy (vs business objectives), overseeing implementation, and the achievement of sales plans & goals to grow the CORE: community.

Responsible for the preparation of the Membership's annual budget and financial goals liaising with local Controller and Chief Membership Officer to review and update local budget numbers through structured reporting.

Responsible for establishing systems to drive the quality and composition of member nominations and inquiries to support the Club's membership plan - this includes leveraging current personal and professional relationships - and the maintenance of prospect database in accordance with CORE's quality standards utilizing the appropriate CRM system.

Leads and/or oversees all new member introductions to CORE:, accurately managing the application and approval process.

He/she is the 'face' to members, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the majority of them in order to ensure a vibrant and connected community, also taking an active role in members' events and benefits design and updates.

For major CORE: events, both on and off site, plays a central role in connecting members, in putting together the guest list(s), ensuring members and VIPs get access, as applicable.

Represents CORE: and builds awareness of the club through local engagement at club scenes, events, parties, launches and social settings; developing contacts and networking for potential new members.

Works in tandem with Directors of Marketing and of Cultural Programming to conceptualize and run on-brand events and engagement activities for members.

Works across all cross-functional teams (operations, digital, marketing, events, services, F&B, people teams) to deliver the CORE: objectives

Experience and Qualifications:

8+ years of experience with proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation; experience in luxury sales preferred

4+ years Management experience

Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and ability to travel and attend various social functions when needed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills

Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other systems
