This role involves representing clients across a range of immigration matters, including employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based cases. The successful candidate will prepare petitions and applications, and respond to complex immigration requests while managing multiple cases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, and committed to providing exceptional legal service to clients.DutiesPrepare petitions and applications for employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based immigration cases.Respond to requests for evidence (RFE), notices of intent to deny (NOID), notices of intent to revoke (NOIR), audits, motions, and appeals.Conduct quality control and review of work prepared by non-attorney staff members.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case statuses and ensuring compliance with firm policies.Manage a high-volume caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met and all cases are handled with a high level of accuracy.Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to the firm's collaborative culture and commitment to high-quality legal services.RequirementsJuris Doctor (JD) or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school.Active member in good standing of any state bar in the U.S.Minimum of 3 years of experience in business immigration.Proven ability to manage 100+ case files simultaneously.Strong legal research and writing skills, particularly in preparing declarations, motions, and briefs.Proficiency in immigration case management systems.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining professionalism.Commitment to full-time availability and professional growth within the firm.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) or LL.M. from an ABA-approved law school.CertificationsActive membership in good standing with any state bar in the U.S.SkillsFamiliarity with immigration case management software (INSZOOM, Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, Slack).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced legal environment.Excellent legal research and writing abilities, with a focus on precision and clarity.High level of client service, ensuring effective communication and case management.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced immigration attorney looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive legal team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service.
