The Sales Director will be leading a team of Equity & FICC desktop sales specialists to deliver business growth plans and sales priorities in North America. They will be identifying key regional growth opportunities across all customer segments within the FICC markets.The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day sales performance of the team as well as the implementation and tracking of sales strategies and campaigns to grow the business. They will drive the sales team's activities, actively defining the focus areas and act as a leader with vision in the Workflow Solutions space.Main Responsibilities:Develop and deliver sales strategy and execution plan while market priorities for your team.Identify new opportunities to grow our business in the key customer communities within FICC.Maintain a regular operating rhythm with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Operations, and the Workflow Solutions Product Managers.Validate regional campaigns & focus areas to ensure successful delivery of critical initiatives.Work with Regional Sales & Account Management on strategic deals and renewals to increase our footprint and deliver improved client value.Provide expert knowledge-based input for internal learning programs (e.g., monthly updates, learning calls & trainings)Prioritize key industry event participation, LSEG thought leadership events, webinars and broad client engagement initiatives.Qualifications, Required Skills, and Experience:5+ years leading financial services sales team management experienceAbility to demonstrate strong Financial Market Experience in the FICC space with selling enterprise workflow solutions and core content sets for that target market. Have a deep understanding of the core challenges our clients face and the value that LSEG's Workflow Solutions bring to address these challenges.Ability to present and demonstrate LSEG solutions as an answer to customer needs and challenges.Ability to translate market trends into business plans and execution of their execution.Maintain strategic senior client and industry relationships.Demonstrate strong influential leadership skills, leading teams and partners to achieve a common objective.Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.Demonstrate a blend of strategic and operational skills.Ability to work in a complex matrix organization.Compensation/Benefits Information (New York applicants only):LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $172,000 - $319,600. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage.
