This high-visibility position offers autonomy and the chance to contribute to critical missions across the Department of Defense. Success in this role requires a self-starter who takes initiative, embraces responsibility, and welcomes diverse perspectives.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualify prospects and cultivate new sales opportunities, while developing ongoing revenue streams within your assigned territory.Define and execute strategic sales plans to meet financial targets, leveraging industry partners and go-to-market expertise.Become an expert on Snowflake's product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Snowflake solution within the marketplace.Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding objectives in selling technical solutions and software products within the Defense space.Demonstrated expertise in executing complex sales strategies in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML, with a strong understanding of solution-based selling and managing complex sales processes.Demonstrated excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.Experience hitting multi-million $ revenue targets on an annual basis.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The estimated base salary for this role is $153,000 - $170,000.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
