Engage in effective verbal and written communication with clients, attorneys, business professionals, and external stakeholders.Deliver high-quality work products in a timely and efficient manner.Manage various projects and tasks while meeting deadlines and expectations.Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and clients.Comply with firm policies and procedures.Participate in meetings, virtual conferences, and other relevant discussions.Balance competing demands and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters.Proven experience representing financial institutions, including banks or private credit funds.Preferred experience working with loans for technology, life sciences, and middle-market companies.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admission to practice law in California.Certifications:
Active Bar admission in California is required.Skills:
Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.Good business judgment and organizational abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.Problem-solving and research skills.Conceptual thinker with persuasive communication capabilities.Demonstrated management skills.Job Location:
