Whether you're an industry veteran or a seasoned professional, we are always on the lookout for exceptional talents to contribute to our mission.About Travel RetailTravel Retail Americas oversees all Travel Retail operations across the Americas (over 900 points of sale) including airports, cruise ships, airlines, downtown duty-free stores, and border stores.A DAY IN THE LIFEThe Retail & Digital Marketing Manager leads the go-to-market strategy for the brands in Travel Retail, defining 360 plans consistent with the international brand positioning and the business' priorities.Role will report to Marketing DirectorThe overall mission:Define and steer the Retail Strategy to deliver excellence in: on-counter elements, visuals & planograms.Orchestrate on & offline brand activations which may include: OOH media, digital media, off-counter podiums, GWPs.Scope & ResponsibilitiesRetail (permanent): PLV & visuals strategy management, planograms, opening & refit guidelines.Retail (temporary): in partnership with Retail Design, define and coordinate animation podiums from concept development to execution, to performance assessment.Manage/own/oversee Gift with Purchase, samples, forecast, mechanics & on-counter implementation.Media: coordinate the execution of media campaigns (online & offline).Digital: support digital initiatives such as Beauty Tech / Digital devices for Retail & Animation/My Beauty Club.WHO YOU ARERequired Qualifications:3-5 Years of experience in related field (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product Management, Events, Digital, Retail Execution).Creative & strategic thinker with strong project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional skills.Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office, PowerBI, Planograms tools.Fluent in English & Spanish, Portuguese and/or French is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in Beauty Industry Preferred.YOUR FUTURE TEAMFragrances Business Unit: join the leading category and largest business unit in Travel Retail Americas, managing an exciting and diverse portfolio of brands from Couture to Lifestyle fragrances.
