We're actively seeking a talented Analyst, Human Resources Technology to join our HRIS team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. This role is hybrid. As an HRIS Analyst,

you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by

providing support and administration for the HR systems landscape

with a focus on the Workday platform.

You will have experience supporting Workday and HR processes, data management, report writing, strong analytical skills, and an eye for detail. This is a highly collaborative position and you will partner closely with the Payroll, HR, IT, Legal and Finance stakeholders. You will play a crucial role supporting a variety of responsibilities with the goal of continuously optimizing and innovating the digital employee experience

and ensuring the integrity of employee data and organization structures in our HRIS system

and all systems are operational and stable. How you'll help move us forward: Responsible for production support and incident management, providing daily assistance to end-users HR systems requests and inquiries. System administration support of Workday business processes and has experience with a breadth of the core Workday modules including, HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advance Compensation, and Payroll modules. Supports all phases of systems development lifecycle, partnering with HR, IT, Finance and other key enterprise stakeholders supporting requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment. Create and maintain process documentation include Job Aids, standard operating procedures, Workday articles. Develops and maintains Workday reports, dashboards, slides, and discovery boards working with HR and Enterprise business partners. Educate our end users and look to continuously evolve our HCM reporting capabilities and landscape. Support mass loads, EIBs, worksheets and leverage other enterprise data tools. Continuous improvement mindset seeking opportunities to innovate and optimize HRIS processes, integrate new functionality, and improve the digital user experience. Collaborate with PL Technology team on integrated solutions and ensures data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations, audit and security best practices while adhering to enterprise change control and governance. Participates in bi-annual Workday releases supporting features reviews and regression testing. Trains end-users on new and existing processes/functionality and develops and maintains job aides and standard operating procedures as it relates to HR systems. The experience you bring: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or another related field. 2+ years of experience in HR technology, within high-growth and/or significant transformation environments. Experience supporting HR technology system administration in a global environment,

with specific experience maintaining Workday HCM and other modules such as Timekeeping, Absence, Payroll, and Recruiting. Solid understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools. Strong customer service, presentation and communication skills. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong functional and analytical skills. Strong problem solving and time management skills. Investigative and ability to learn and apply new knowledge quickly. Works independently with moderate supervision. Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay. $42.84 - $52.36 Your Benefits Start Day 1
