We're looking for an experienced communications specialist like you who is ready to share your knowledge and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you'll use your consulting skills and experience to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports a fast-paced client in the Intelligence Community (IC).In this role, you'll leverage both your organizational communications and management consulting skills and experience to develop creative solutions to complex problems, shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients, promote the client's initiatives and accomplishments across the IC, drive efficiencies and partnerships, and identify opportunities for growth.As an advisor on all aspects of verbal and written communications for your group, you'll develop and author fact sheets, briefings, talking points, newsletter content, website content, and formal organizational responses with guidance from the client. Your creative thinking and business-oriented mindset will guide your work informing key audiences to help your client achieve their business goals. In this role, you will use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as Tableau for data visualization, and Jira for project management.Work with us as we design, develop, and produce solutions to change the IC for the better.You Have:4+ years of experience with strategic communicationsExperience with communications planningExperience using a consulting approach to solve problems and bring solutions to fruitionAbility to research and draft original content for a variety of communications channels, vehicles, and audiences, while adjusting voice and information level to suit audience needsTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphHS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with marketing, public relations, or management consulting, or Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience with marketing, public relations, or management consultingNice If You Have:Experience visualizing data and creating dashboardsExperience with project managementKnowledge of the ICAbility to work independently with little supervision and with partners across an organizationBachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred; Master's degree in Communications, Business, Management, Architecture, or Engineering a plusClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
