The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and reviewing account-level performances with precision and will conduct detailed research to resolve any discrepancies. This role is integral in ensuring that our investment teams and internal partners have accurate data and insights to make informed decisions.We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.Location(s): Boston, MA, Charlotte, NC, Menomonee Falls, WI, Milwaukee, WIRESPONSIBILITIESReview all early morning and monthly account performance calculations for completion and accuracyReconcile performance between multiple platforms to ensure consistency and accuracyCollaborate exceptionally with other teams on central initiatives to drive success.Proactively identify areas to increase efficiency and streamline processesImprove the controls of the audit review process to maintain the highest standardsEstablish and maintain consolidated performance groups to facilitate improved portfolio management.Address ad-hoc requests from Investment teams and other internal partners promptly and accurately

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence and a strong dedication to continuous improvement.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS3-5 years of Analyst/Accounting experience within financial servicesBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related fieldExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelAccountability, adaptability and initiativeExcellent communication and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Advent/APX or Clearwater is preferredFamiliarity with Power BI is a plus, adding an edge to your analytical capabilities
