click hereResponsibilities:Function as a collaborating team member to support current field staff and clients.Plan and streamline strategic processes for SOC interventions and Oasis documentation review.Educate and review Home Health regulations and guidelines with clinical field staff.Educate clinical staff about completion of appropriate interventions and Oasis documentationPartner with our Directors of Clinical Operations to provide education around overall completion of the Oasis .Requirements:Licensed RN, OT, PT, SLP in the State of MA required.2-3 years of proven experience in home health care2+ years of experience within a Medicare Certified Home Care AgencyHome Care Home Base experience strongly preferred.OASIS certification is preferred.In-depth knowledge of Home Health regulationsIn-depth knowledge of OASIS and Medicare Conditions of Participation for home careDemonstrated expertise in episodic case management and high quality clinical service delivery.Understands and connects with The BAYADA Way.Strong interpersonal, communication, and educational skills.Is prepared with a solution based skillset. Works well with others and exhibits teaming behaviors.
