This position is ineligible for employment Visa sponsorship.Overall PurposeThe Paze Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will work in partnership with the Senior Director of Brand and Consumer Marketing, Product and the overall Marketing team to develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and plans for new Paze product capabilities and features, inclusive of developing and evolving product value propositions, messaging and brand guidelines for consumers, financial institutions, merchants and resellers / distributors. The focus will be on timely delivery of content and ensuring consistency across the Paze ecosystem to support awareness and transaction goals.Essential FunctionsLeads development and execution of strategic GTM plans for Paze capabilities and features to ensure market readiness across all ecosystem partners, including consumers, financial institutions, and merchants.

Leads ongoing product market research, competitive intelligence, and marketing industry intelligence to continually optimize positioning of Paze.

Works in partnership with Product Management and Operations to understand product technologies and capabilities (and relation to competitive set) to develop core value propositions, messaging and FAQs for each ecosystem partner.

Works together with the CX/UX team to provide marketing messaging and assets as needed to deliver the optimal consumer journey / experience.

Works in partnership with B2B Marketing to gather input on the development of B2B value propositions, messaging and branding, ensuring they have what they need to develop effective sales enablement assets and campaigns.

Work in partnership with Merchant co-marketing team to help drive merchant offers and seasonal holiday campaigns to increase awareness and transactions.

Works in partnership with Communications lead to ensure they are working with the latest positioning and messaging.

Responsible for developing and managing content for paze.com and the Paze portal (including the GTM Playbook, turnkey marketing assets, etc.) in partnership with the Brand & Digital Marketing team.

Supports the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, a related field or equivalent education/experience required.

Five or more years prior experience in marketing

Proficiency in copy writing and editing.

Ability to absorb complex information and synthesize to create clear and compelling communications.

Experience working cross-functionally and with virtual teams to drive alignment and execute initiatives.

Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand and articulate the long-term market potential and persuasively communicate the business vision and opportunities for growth.

Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results.

Experience with developing budgets, predicting project costs, managing vendors and agencies, and managing teams to a budget.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Detailed-oriented with exemplary project management and people skills to deliver against departmental go-to-market plans.

Ability to work in start-up environment, under pressure and manage multiple assignments with concurrent deadlines.

Background and drug screen.

Preferred QualificationsPrior B2B product marketing experience.

Experience in the finance industry a plus, but not required.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
