Credit Analyst

$65,000

and

$76,000 . This position has an annual target bonus of

5%.Conduct and coordinate all collection activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers while maintaining accuracy in customer contact records.Manage deduction resolutions across customer accounts, driving timely and effective solutions to issues like shortages, damages, and pricing discrepancies.Lead annual customer credit reviews, analyzing financials and providing recommendations to support leadership in decision-making.Generate weekly deduction reports, assigning actions to team members and pushing for timely resolutions.Monitor and review customer orders, managing credit holds and facilitating new customer setups.Support vendor financial reviews for the Procurement team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes impacting cash applications, credit, and collections, bringing fresh ideas for operational improvements.Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements across departments

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field2+ years finance/accounting experience or equivalent relevant experienceExperience with Excel modeling and building PowerPoint presentationsThe ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule
