Senior Consultants

As a Senior Consultant, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues to clarify requirements and support delivery of effective solutions; applying process expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; supporting business development activities of senior leaders; contributing to the development of practice initiatives or new service offerings; and being an inspiring colleague, promoting team motivation, partnership, and ownership for projects. Apply now!ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients and project stakeholders and apply technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; this may include leading and managing small solutioning teams to accomplish the aboveElevate the Cognizant brand from mere solution vendor to business-focused transformation partner, based on earning the trust and confidence of clients;Ensure accurate understanding of a client's business challenges and their optimum alignment to engagements delivering Cognizant solutionsCapitalize on successful project outcomes in pursuit of further client business partnering and involvement with the client's development of strategic digital transformation roadmaps;Collaborate with and influence Cognizant project resources (e.g., service lines, SBUs, on/offshore delivery teams) and Partners on behalf of project goals, often-changing client needs, and ultimately client delight;Leverage specific engagement solutions as marketable Cognizant solution offerings;Develop practice capabilities and brand recognition by exercising thought leadership, establishing a consultative presence within Cognizant and the wider consulting community, and participating in professional organizations;Participate in PeopleCare activities; Mentor and support less experienced Consultants for the benefit of the practice.Qualifications7 + years working in consulting, professional services, or solution development and a strong understanding of CX Enterprise Processes, including CRM, Call Center, Sales & Marketing and ServiceBachelor's degree in a relevant business areaBroad understanding of core business processes, technology challenges, and technical/business solutions associated with an industryExperience within a consultancy, within a digital finance solution environmentExperience with process frameworks, methods, and tools (e.g., Signavio, Celonas)Big 4 or similar consulting experienceExperience participating in the lifecycle of a business transformationFunctional expertise in relevant analysis tools and package software (i.e., SAP, Oracle, etc.)Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Process OptimizationStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven record of academic and professional successAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones.Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomesThe embodiment of Cognizant's Values of: Start with a point of view; Seek data, build knowledge; Always strive, never settle; Work as one; Create conditions for everyone to thrive; Do the right thing, the right way.Work AuthorizationCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $81,450-129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
