Interior Design Coordinator
to join our Architecture practice in our Arlington, Virginia office. This position is designed for advancement and ideal for someone looking to obtain and working towards their NCIDQ certification. Due to client contract requirements only candidates with US citizenship will be considered for this position.. In the role of an
Interior Design Coordinator , we'll rely on you to:Demonstrate solid design thinking and have a strong knowledge of design fundamentals.Possess good oral and written communication skills.Possess the ability to clearly present and explain design concepts to supervisors and peers.Take direction from others and maintain a positive attitude.Be a self-starter and team player.Have a strong desire to learn about and to progress through the interior design profession.Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp/Rhino (or similar), Bluebeam and Microsoft Office is required.
Preferred QualificationsDue to client contract requirements, US citizenship is required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant design firm environment.LEED Green Associate.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned cultureLocal candidates preferred
