Job Overview:A prominent law firm in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks an Associate Attorney to enhance its Real Estate Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and expertise in representing lenders on various financial transactions.Duties:Represent lenders in construction, bridge, and permanent loan transactions.Draft and negotiate mortgage loan documents.Conduct real estate and entity due diligence.Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project ownership and completion.Provide practical legal advice on complex financial transactions.Requirements:Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a national or regional law firm.Proven lender-side experience in financial transactions.Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admitted to and a member in good standing of the California Bar.Skills:Excellent writing and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
