Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,171 per week

Certification Details AHA BLS & ACLS required. PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for some units NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for certain positions CHEMO - Chemotherapy preferred, not required for Oncology Tech Cert Verification - National required for certain tech positions Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required as applicable Must complete Competency Exam within 12 months of start, and updated annually State License 1 Verification required annually NIH Stroke Certification preferred for some units Job Details Option for 16 week contract. Must be disclosed prior to submittal AUTO OFFER Every other holiday. Must have 18 months recent MS/Tele experience. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Job Requirements Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in MS/Tele applying for prior to travel. Cleveland Clinic will cover the cost of 4 hours of module time.
