Come join our dynamic team!What You Will Do:The Regional Sales Director is responsible for providing positive and inspiring leadership to a team of Business Development Managers to effectively drive sales and increase the salon footprint with new business for Kerastase and Shu Uemura Art of Hair brands in the Northeast region. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding established sales goals through strategic business planning, validating prospects and actively engaging in pursuit of new business, and prioritization and reinforcement of the Education agenda among the team of 7 Business Development Managers. This role is critical to ensuring that high-touch salon relationships are enriched and maintained across the region. The successful Regional Sales Director will identify and respond to opportunities that build market share long term, as well as maximize sales in the short term. The position must uphold the integrity of the brand by close management and actioning of diversion protocol should any signs of activity present themselves in the market.Develop the roadmap and provide a great place to win for this team of 7 Business Development Managers as outlined in their compensation plan. Search for individual development and mentor opportunities for the team.Presence in the region to establish leadership accessibility, cultivate a love brand across our existing salon network and recruit new partners across the NE.Side by side development of Business Development Managers through market visits; the role is 80% travel in field.A precise understanding of the standards that need to be maintained in our current salon network with luxury aesthetics, current visuals and retail and treatment culture to continue our recognition as the #1 Luxury Professional Haircare brand in the world.Setting a culture of recruitment and attracting new salon partners across the BDM team.Set clear communication of priorities for the BDM team by week, month, quarter and year.Cultivate strong partnerships with Regional Director counterparts, Region sales and education teams across L'Oreal Professional Products Division and Saloncentric with a focus on uncovering opportunities for business development, people development and personal development.Engagement in brand building, relationship building and networking through social media.Provides consistent and ad hoc reporting requests on market dynamics.Actively provides competitive insights to marketing.Responsible for achievement of goals for open markets within the region.Strong on-boarding of new hires to the team to include presence in their market day 1 with them, provide framework for their success and in person introductions to top 10 salons.What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:Experienced Management & Sales experience from the salon or luxury beauty industryBachelor's degree with at least 7-10 years of sales/retail background or related job experienceAbility to travel extensively throughout region (80% travel). Flexibility to work on weekends if needed.Positive leadership with the ability to effectively develop and direct team members to successful completion of projects and goalsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinkerStrong communication, presentation and organizational skillsAnalytical approachMust effectively monitor, analyze, interpret and communicate business informationStrong negotiation skillsStrong social media footprintAbility to establish strong working relationships with business partners and clientsCosmetologist license or experience behind the chair a plusTechnically savvy and with sound computer skills required - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Salesforce.comWhat's In It For You:Salary Range:

$118,500-$168,900
