As a
Principal
Content Designer
, you’ll
distill complex problems into easy-to-understand experiences, creating content that is purposeful
for
our customers,
associates
, suppliers and partners
worldwide
.
You will create and champion the highest quality content, helping drive the development of foundational tools, frameworks and resources that allow the team to scale efficiently and deliver excellent, consistent and compelling work.
Collaborating with design, product and business partners, you’ll positively shape products and foster an inclusive
associate
experience with your artful use of voice, content best practices
and end-to-end
UX
strategies.
You’ll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and content rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider team and leadership.
