As a

Principal

Content Designer

, you’ll

distill complex problems into easy-to-understand experiences, creating content that is purposeful

for

our customers,

associates

, suppliers and partners

worldwide

.

You will create and champion the highest quality content, helping drive the development of foundational tools, frameworks and resources that allow the team to scale efficiently and deliver excellent, consistent and compelling work.

Collaborating with design, product and business partners, you’ll positively shape products and foster an inclusive

associate

experience with your artful use of voice, content best practices

and end-to-end

UX

strategies.

You’ll employ your great strengths in storytelling to present your vision and content rationale in a compelling, convincing manner to the wider team and leadership.

.The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:-

Minimum Qualifications...

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 5 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
