ResponsibilitiesThe
Loan Servicing Manager
is responsible for managing the entire bank's collateral perfection process to protect the banks' ability to take ownership of collateral in the event of a loan default. Manages staff who clear documentation and financial exceptions. Assure all financial ticklers are properly created for each loan. Ensure timely reporting or follow-up new, renew, release, or terminate collateral. Provide superior support to all lending divisions.
QualificationsRequirements:
AA degree or equivalent or two additional years of related experience.
Ten years of relevant experience in Loan Servicing/Lending Operations or other lending experience.
Must have strong organizational skills and ability to deal with time-sensitive items.
Must be detail-oriented.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Understanding of appropriate and common banking laws, regulations, policies, and compliance with the same.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferences:
Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge and proficiency in FIS/ Integrated Banking System (IBS) strongly preferred.
