J.D. degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York State Bar and/or D.C. Bar.Proven background in renewables, specifically U.S. domestic renewables.Experience with debt and tax equity documents in the context of energy and infrastructure projects.Knowledge of project documents and the ability to take a lead role in transactions.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admission to the New York State Bar and/or D.C. Bar.Skills:
