Full-Time (Hybrid Available)

Salary commensurate with experience but is expected to be $90,000+.$10,000 Signing Bonus

to be paid at end of 30 ($2,500), 60 ($2,500), and 90 ($5,000) days.

Our primary areas of practice include probate, estate planning, and guardianship and conservatorship. We understand that detailed and proper estate planning is an important goal for our clients, and we strive to exercise patience and empathy with all we come into contact with. We are a family-friendly law firm that understands that 40-hour billable weeks are not conducive to one’s mental/emotional well-being.

We are searching for an estate planning attorney to add to our growing team who will work with our team of attorneys/paralegals to obtain successful outcomes for our clients.

About YouYou have an Arizona bar license and experience in estate planning (drafting Wills, financial POAs, health care POAs, living wills/end of life care directives, revocable Trusts, etc.).You are searching for an opportunity to be the go-to person in a law firm that manages the Firm’s estate planning clients.After becoming familiar with the Firm’s systems and processes, you look forward to growing and managing the Firm’s estate planning practice.You either have experience or are willing to learn to draft Medicaid Asset Protection Trusts, First Party Special Needs Trusts, Gun Trusts, and other more complex estate plans.You take initiative and like to figure things out yourself but won't hesitate to ask for help if you need it.You are familiar with the ins and outs of Wills and Trusts and can explain them to clients.You like working with estate planning clients.You have excellent attention to detail and superb verbal and written communication skills.You understand how important it is to keep your clients informed and updated.You like to use the latest in legal technology.You are searching for a career opportunity where you can settle in for the long term.You have the ability to calm a client's fears and concerns.You have experience handling emergency legal situations and you can think on your feet to seek a quick resolution to a client's legal emergency.You have experience getting short notice on deadlines and can reprioritize your task list accordingly.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Drafting, reviewing, and updating estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, and powers of attorney.Meeting with clients to discuss their estate planning goals and needs.Providing legal advice on estate planning matters.Communicating with clients and other professionals, such as accountants and financial advisors.

Additionally, we are seeking someone with the following experience and qualifications:

Licensed to practice in Arizona (required).Experience in estate planning (required).You feel completely comfortable with estate planning.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) (required).Tech savvy (desired).
